Once upon a time...

a feng shui expert told Old Lee that Singapore is in shape of crab. Yesh...crab, as in our black pepper crab that c-r-a-b. So to keep Singapore lively and prosperous, our island needs to be green colour so that it looks like a 'live crab'. Having heard that Old Lee planted trees everywhere.....yipee.

Then the feng shui expert gave his advice again. To further improve the feng shui, the qi must move. This can be achieved by incorporate ba gua design in our currency. With this ba gua design on our $1 coin, the ba gua is being passed around and qi can move.

Lastly, the expert said, "Keep the underground work simple." At first, everyone was very obedient. We only have north-south and east-west MRT lines, that's all. But now....

Those are all hearsay....during my HK trip with Tilda (remember?), but who cares right...as long as I can go back to my old Geylang in half a hour, I'm contented.

While searching for a $1 coin pic to put on blog, I found a similar story on Wikipedia! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singapore_dollar 难道...these are all true? This is so ermmm....聊斋.

And those from NUS should know also, the floor tiles of engineering blocks have that ba gua lines design...

Think feng shui really plays a part, I have been watching 台湾妙妙妙 which talks on feng shui so I know a bit also...muaaahhhaaaa! Anything you all dunno can consult me yah!
