Outside a school hostel, near cheese factory....like 仙境 right... And that's not me, that's my friend, Fengxian.

Switzerland - Interlaken

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Small city...or maybe should be town...dunno lah...but it is one of the nicest place in Switzerland. Surrounded by mountains and rivers.

Switzerland - Geneva

Alps!

Paris

US and France combined?!

Act artistic 一下.... thought the clouds are in the right position.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
See...that's how they build Eiffel Tower. It's built by a Mechanical Engineer, not Civil Engineer wor. Took this outside a souvenir shop...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Taken from Eiffel 2nd level....dun ask me what's this 'cos I oso dunno! :P

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
This one oso from Eiffel 2nd level. I should know this place lah 'cos the guide mentioned....BUT! i forgot....hee

Paris is one of the 2012 Olympics candidates and the crowd is there to make video clips to compete with rest of the candidates.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
The mighty mighty Arc de Triumph. My friends and I went there at night oso....nicer at night but my phone cannot make it when it's too dark. And suey suey that night, a guy jumped/pushed off from the Arc at the construction that side....kao! And we saw the body......faint!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
This was from a big shopping centre in Paris...i think. Somehow I rem it's from Rotterdam, Netherlands leh....watever...the stainglass is nice hor! my new msn pic...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
The Notre Dame!! No hunch back there though.....but I really like this cathedral leh... My fav cathedral so far. Grand and gloomy.....and it's FREE!!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Something inside the Notre Dame...dunno what it is though...can't understand French.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Music Academy......or is it Palais de Justice? Jialat....too many famous buildings in Paris and all look so old! Really really can't remember...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Along River Seine...again dunno what this is, just thought it looks grand.

Paris - Lourve Museum

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
A corner of the museum where they do maintainance job for the masterpieces. Looks like a big place right...but it's really just a corner leh 'cos Lourve is sooooo BIG. Spent 2 hours 走马看花 and can only finish half a wing of 1 level and a small part of a wing at another level. Fyi, there are 3 wings and 3 levels......or is it 4.....s***....

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
This painting is really power. It looks so d*** 3D in real leh. It may not have the effect here, but it really is 3D loh. I mean imagine the painter from dunno how many hundred years ago can actually draw 3D without using computer?! wah seh.... sua gu me is really amazed.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Biggest pic in Lourve. Everyone crowd there...dunno why....as if go near can see the whole painting like that, so duh.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
And the tiny Mona Lisa. Thought it's big, or at least normal size...it's actually quite small....around double A3 size (excluding the frame) i think. But then, I'm just like the rest...queue and squeeze (to cut queue) just to see her famous smile.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
The mummy from Lourve...real one k.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Something scary.....my friend dun even dare to look at it...hoooo....

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Interior of Lourve....see see...that's what i call normal size... That Mona Lisa painting is quite disappointing...thought it is quite grand or something...or maybe 'cos i dunno how to appreciate lah. Just like that 尿尿小童 in Belgium....it's so small loh...think only the size of 3-4 years old boy.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Another painting in Lourve. The tears are so d*** real leh. 101% real!!!! serious k...almost like can wipe off from the painting like that wor... my friend's cam can't capture the tears, so i tried...but can't really bring out the effect....too bad...

Belgium - Brugge

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Hoo...din see any windmills in Netherlands, but saw a few at Brugge. Brugge is an old, boring, hot town in Belgium. It's really hot there.....my friend's sis kenna sunburnt there leh...

England - Oxford

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
Oxford is boring!! Nice college campus....but boring! Their postcards are expensive and BORING too.... Nothing really special there...

Okie...that's all for now.

************For Viv**************

I upload the pics to www.photobucket.com then copy and paste the html codes when blogging. Try it....quite convenient. Weilin is using another method which I can't really master...ask her kk.

A little bit of history for you...

The statue of liberty was originally made in France and given to U.S. when Frenchmen helped the cowboys gained independence from the Britons.

They might be keeping another version of that statue to remind U.S. that they would still be bowing to the Queen if not for France.

But then again, U.S. freed France from the Germans in World War 2 when they were being pwned, so I guess they are kind of even now.

Not that any one really cares...
