Bad Customer Service in Singapore

Singapore's customer service really cmi....fortunately it's just those small bunch of hai qun zhi ma...

Case 1: Nova
My mother and bro went Nova to buy sofa. According to the newspaper, there's a 3+2 set...super cheap, selling at only $160+. The salesman approached them and asked they looking for, and after knowing they want the cheapest sofa in town, he started saying things like "I know what you all want lah....you all always want the cheapest.... The making of the sofa blah鲁...and you all only wanna pay so little...." Wah biang!!!! Super mei limao leh! It's only natural for consumers to find cheap and good stuff mah....he really care so much, y ask....DUH!

Case 2: CTC Holidays
Have been surfing these days to look for a cheap and good (again...) group tour to Europe 'cos me and my friend realised our budget may allow us to go on a more luxury tour but at short length of stay lah... Anyway, saw a really attractive package from CTC Holidays but they never put the price, so I phoned them to ask.
CTC: Thank you for calling CTC Holidays. Zhe shi da tong lu you, ning hao. For English, please press 1....
Me: *1*
CTC: For china tour, please call xxxx xxxx. For group tour, please call xxxx xxxx (which is the number I dialled). For ticketing, please call on the next working day at xxxx xxxx. For fax, please press 2.
Me: (huh? fax?? ok...heck care...) *2*
.....3 min of complete silence......

Wah biang!!!! It's a never ending loop!! qi si wo le....

Another tour agency website even worse, went their site and there's a window pop up "Frame: mainPage doesn't existundefined". So I pressed "OK". Then it keeps popping and popping...and I can't close the IE window!! Alamak....give up liao.... have to close from Task Manager. Then Microsoft asked me whether I wanna send error report.......feng le!!!!
