Working Life....

nah...i haven found a job yet lah. Only doing temp job while looking for perm. The ppl at my temp job there are all very nice and friendly, age ranges from 18 to 26 (i think....). But they are a bit like cheongster type leh....my department only got 4 non smokers and that includes me....somemore my academic qualification is the highest there, even higher than my ICs and team leader....so the freq a bit different....a bit difficult to be totally gum with them.

There's one sec school drop-out guy who is 1 year older than me. He was scarred all over 'cos he met an accident while riding his bike, and worse he could not run too much or stand too long with the screws in his legs. That's quite a waste 'cos I thought his personality really suits sales kinda job which can earn a lot with commission but no standing is really an issue for his job hunt. Anyway got once when we went for lunch, he told us briefly about the background of the people there....most of them din do well in school and stuck as temps there. Some even worked for 1+ years and not thinking for looking for perm job, which he thinks should not be the way. Why be temp all the way while the perm happily count their bonus. Then he commented:

"We are all lost birds......................i think you are too."

I have to agree lah.....i dunno what kinda life i want, what i wanna be, what job i wanna do, even when shopping....dunno what colour i like, dunno what designs i want........... Then i suddenly felt very sad when he told me this....but it's really true loh...what is a B.Eng (Hon) grad doing there?!?! i oso dunno.....DUNNO again....


Someone quick wake me up!!! (juz cut my hair...or rather fringe........free of charge!!)
